CHRIBY City
The City theme, featuring an entire fictional city called “CHRIBY” (where Chri stands for Christiansen, the founder of LEGO, and by means “city” in Danish), is the largest and one of the most prominent themes in the Museum.
CHRIBY represents a typical Northern European city and includes many custom-built structures, such as McDonald’s, Starbucks, a Shopping Mall, and an Amusement Park, alongside official LEGO sets like the Jazz Club, the Bank, the Diner, the Boutique Hotel, and the Parisian Restaurant.
Made up of 220,000 bricks, it’s a constantly evolving project, filled with scenes that bring it to life and make it feel more realistic.
You’ll also spot many famous characters in minifigure form, including Michael Jackson, Freddie Mercury, the members of the rock band KISS, and even Charlie Chaplin — have fun trying to find them all!
