THE ONLY BRICK MUSEUM IN SARDINIA

Karalisbrick Brick Museum

The Karalisbrick Brick Museum was born after six years of participation in major events held in Northern Italy. It was founded in Cagliari in April 2021 by Brick Builder Maurizio Lampis and his partner Gianluigi Cornaglia. Together, they wanted to create a unique and exclusive space, designed for enthusiasts and curious visitors, both young and old.

Maurizio Lampis is renowned beyond Italian borders for his creations such as the famous “Trevi Fountain,” “St. Mark’s Square Venice,” and the “Cathedral of Trani”—three dioramas now internationally known, featured in specialized magazines and newspapers worldwide, and even shared by LEGO on its official social media channels. The museum houses all of Lampis’s most important works, with the dioramas displayed across various themed sections.

The cultural association behind the Museum is made up of Maurizio and four other amateur builders who have nurtured a passion for LEGO bricks for many years, sharing it with both curious visitors and fellow fans who explore the exhibition. From Sardinian landmarks to a medieval castle, from the City theme with an 8-meter-long LEGO city called CHRIBY, to the world of Star Wars—the Karalisbrick Museum boasts 18 themed areas with over 1 MILLION BRICKS in total.

After a year-long stop (2023) in Cagliari, the Museum became a TRAVELING EXHIBITION, moving across various towns in Sardinia, including Quartu Sant’Elena (CA), Tortolì (NU), Villasimius (SU), Sarule (NU), and, from April 25 to May 18, 2025, in Domusnovas (SU).
It has recently established its permanent home in Capoterra.

Among the highlights of the Karalisbrick Museum is a one-of-a-kind piece: the famous British Phone Booth, recreated in 1:1 scale by Maurizio Lampis to celebrate its centenary. Don’t miss it—come and see it in person!
