St. Mark’s Square in Venice
A majestic reproduction by Maurizio Lampis, St. Mark’s Square, a true symbol of Venice, is made up of 170,000 bricks and was completed in 8 months of work.
The diorama also includes 250 minifigures, 80 of which are primarily seagulls. The piece measures 1m x 2.80m and is the largest existing representation of St. Mark’s Square.

The Basilica: A triumph of colorful marbles and Byzantine mosaics, St. Mark’s Basilica is a masterpiece of Romanesque architecture. The four horses of St. Mark, a symbol of the city, dominate the facade, while inside, one can admire artworks of inestimable value.
The Doge’s Palace: The residence of the Doges, the Doge’s Palace is an architectural complex that combines Gothic and Renaissance styles. Its frescoed halls, courtyards, and prisons tell the millennial history of the Serenissima Republic.

This impressive brick reproduction, sponsored by the Municipality of Venice, was exhibited in 2023 at the “Creature di Gomma” Museum for four months and was also shared on the social media channels of LEGO Italy, LEGO Dubai, LEGO France, LEGO Germany, and LEGO Spain.
